After 20+ years of working in the healthcare and communication worlds — while raising a family, juggling a full schedule, and always putting myself last — I hit a wall.

I was tired. Bloated. Foggy. Done with 10-step wellness protocols.
What I really needed was nutrition that fit real life.

So I built it and I live it.

I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) certified since 2015.
I’ve helped hundreds of people simplify how they nourish themselves — without guilt, perfection, or tracking apps.

AntiOverwhelm exists because:

I’m Ali Anderson — a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) with a background that’s anything but conventional. Before nutrition, I worked in emergency communications, on SWAT teams, and inside hospitals. I’ve seen the cost of chronic stress on the body — and I know firsthand how hard it is to care for yourself when everything feels urgent.

That’s why AntiOverwhelm exists. I take the guesswork out of nutrition with clear, actionable tools that support:

  • Blood sugar balance

  • Hormone health (especially in perimenopause and menopause)

  • Energy, mood, and mental clarity

  • Gut health and digestion
